HYSA Soccer Divisions
Small Fry and Advanced Small Fry
For girls and boys ages 5-7 (turned 5 by July 31st).
Format: 3v3 (Please Note Advanced small fry plays 6 v 6)
Games: Saturdays from 9:00 – 10:30 AM.
Field Location: Lower Sauta.
Practices: The first 60 minutes will be practice games and the last 30 minutes
will be 3v3 scrimmage.
A T-Shirt is required and can be purchased during registration.
All players should bring a size 3 ball.(This can also be purchased at registration.
Players are required to wear shin pads, cleats are recommended.
U8
Generally for girls and boys in 1st and 2nd grade who are Under 8 years of age on July 31st of the fall season.
Format: 6 v 6, 4 x 12 minute quarters.
Games: Sundays in the early to mid afternoon.
Field Location: JFK Middle School (Home Games) Away games in either Stow or Maynard.
Practices: two practices per week on the days and times chosen by the coach.
A full uniform is required for U8. The shirt will be provided by HYSA.
Parents need to order shorts and socks at registration time.
GU10
Generally for girls in 3rd and 4th grade who are Under 10 years of age on July 31st of the fall season.
Format: 6 v 6, 2 x 30 minute halves.
Games: Saturday @ 9:00 AM.
Field Location: JFK Middle School (home games).
Practices: Two practices per week on the days and time chosen by the coach.
A full uniform is required for U10. The uniform should be purchased at registration time.
BU10
Generally for boys in 3rd and 4th grade who are Under 10 years of age on July 31st of the fall season.
Format: 6 v 6, 2 x 30 minute halves
Games: Saturday @ 10:30 AM

Practices: Two practices per week on the days and time chosen by the coach.
A full uniform is required for U10. The uniform should be purchased at registration time.
GU12
Generally for girls in 5th and 6th grade who are Under 12 years of age on July 31st of the fall season.
Format: 8v8, 2 x 30 minute halves.
Games: Saturday @ 11:30 AM.
Field Location: Sauta or Intel (home games).
Practices: Two practices per week on the days and time chosen by the coach.
A full uniform is required for U12. The uniform should be purchased at registration time.
BU12
Generally for boys in 5th and 6th grade who are Under 12 years of age on July 31st of the fall season.
Format: 8v8, 2 x 30 minute halves.
Games: Saturday @ 1:00 PM.
Field Location: Sauta or Intel (home games).
Practices: Two practices per week on the days and time chosen by the coach.
A full uniform is required for U12. The uniform should be purchased at registration time.
GU14
Generally for girls in 7th and 8th grade who are Under 14 years of age on July 31st of the fall season.
Format: 11v11, 2 x 35 minute halves.
Games: Saturday @ 2:30PM.
Field Location: Sauta or Intel (home games).
Practices: Two practices per week on the days and time chosen by the coach.
A full uniform is required for U14. The uniform should be purchased at registration time.
BU14
Generally for boys in 7th and 8th grade who are Under 14 years of age on July 31st of the fall season.
Format: 11v11, 2 x 35 minute halves.
Games: Saturday @ 4:00 PM.
Field Location: Sauta or Intel (home games).
Practices: Two practices per week on the days and time chosen by the coach.
A full uniform is required for U14. The uniform should be purchased at registration time.
High School Divisions (Fall)
Generally for boys and girls in High School and are under 19 years of age on July 31st of the fall season. There are boys, girls and Co-ed divisions
Format: 8 v 8, 2 x 30 minute halves
Games: Sunday Afternoon
Field Location: Sauta or Intel (home games)
Practices: Generally no practices during the week due to high school practices
High School Divisions (Spring)
Generally for boys and girls in High School and are under 19 years of age on July 31st of the fall season. There are U16, U18/19 Age Groups and boys, girls and Co-ed divisions
Format: 11 v 11, 2 x 40 minute halves (45 minute halves for the U18/19 divisions)
Games: Sunday Afternoon
Field Location: Sauta or Intel (home games)
Practices: Two practices (if possible) per week on the days and time chosen by the coach.
